My mission is to help you to find joy in movement and easy ways to relax and meditate that don’t feel like an extra task on your to-do list, but something to look forward to every day 🙂

Prior to any session, I will ask you about your health, preferences, abilities, expectations, limits, time frame, and answer any questions you might have, so get a unique practice tailored to your needs.
